ER6CD Locking Up After Timeclock Off Command

Issue

When they receives an Off command from my timeclock, my Echoflex phase dimmers (ER6CD or ER12CD) will stop responding to further commands. 

Steps to solution

The issue can be temporarily resolved with a power cycle of the controller; however, there is likely further action needed.

There is a known bug in firmware v1.1.0 of the the ER6CD-B and ER12CD-B that will cause the dimmers to lock up and enter a fault state if they receive an "off with flick warn" command from a Wireless Timeclock when already at 0%. In order to avoid this issue, the events should be reprogrammed to not have a flick warn or to activate scene 0, as this a non-recordable Off preset. If flick warn is a necessary feature, please contact ETC technical services to discuss further options.
