Where Is The Serial Number On An ERP Feedthrough?

Issue

I need to find the serial number (S/N) for my Echo Relay Panel Feedthrough (ERP-FT). Where is it located?

Solution

The S/N label is located in one of two places on the ERP-FT Panel.

• If your panel was installed before to February 1, 2020, the S/N label will be located behind the user interface, below the I/O circuit board, just behind the J6 ribbon connector.

Please ensure your rack is fully powered down before opening it up, or working inside it.

• If your panel was installed in late January 2020 or after, the S/N label will be located on the product label on the front of the panel door (top door for ERP-FT48).
