Can a minimum level be set for 0-10v dimming on an Echo Room Controller?

On an Echo Room Controller using 0-10v output, can a minimum dimming level be set?
Answer
No, there is no option on the hardware, nor can this be set via EchoAccess in custom mode. There are trim pots to set the minimum demand response level, but these do not affect regular dimming.
