Why Does the Fader on my Echo Station Raise/Lower Everything in the Space?
Symptoms/Issue
I configured my 4 Button 1 Fader Echo Inspire Station to use Selection Raise/Lower on the fader. When no zones are selected on the station, however, moving the fader causes all zones in the space to raise or lower.
Description/Explanation of Issue
When the station does not see a selection to raise or lower, the fader will default to raising and lowering the entire space. This cannot be made null.
Fix/Solution
You may want to put the station and appropriate zones in a separate space so that the fader is unable affect undesirable zones. By putting the zones and station in a different space, the fader will only raise and lower those zones when no selection has been made.
