How to Upgrade a Paradigm System

Periodically ETC will release new versions of Paradigm software and firmware, adding in new features and bugfixes. Upgrades can only be performed by an ETC Authorized Technicians, and the software to perform such upgrades will not be distributed to end-users.

If your Paradigm system is functioning normally there is little reason to have your system upgraded, but it's possible your system may be upgraded as a result of a repair done on Paradigm hardware, or if your Authorized Technician just happens to be on site performing upgrades to your entire system.
