Description

  • Revision B hardware P-CCS, Conductor and P-TSI motherboards (ETC P/N: M8180-F) were discontinued in 2018 and ETC can no longer source new motherboards for our repairs service stock.
  • Repairs can still be done on units with failed storage, memory or front panel issues.

Service Plan and Obstacles

Once determined a revision B hardware unit cannot be repaired several aspects should be considered:

  • New P-CCS, Conductor, or P-TSI hardware will need be purchased.
  • Sites will need to update their system's Paradigm version to be compatible with the currently shipping rev C hardware (at least v4.0.0 or higher, preferably to current code).
    • Any P-LCD stations will have to be replaced with P-TS7-E.
      • This may include installation of network if the current system is using LON for communication for P-LCD wall-mount. Any P-LCD-P (portable) stations can be replaced with P-TS7-P without installation of network.
  • Once determined new hardware will need to be purchased, the dealer should be directed towards the regional sales rep to outline an upgrade path.
