Reimaging P-CCS, P-TSI, or Net3 Conductor

This article provides instructions to reimage software on the Paradigm Central Control Server (P-CCS), Paradigm Touchscreen Interface (P-TSI) and the Net3 Conductor Network Services Gateway. Each product has its own reimage kit which includes this document and a USB drive. Three generations of hardware are available for each of these products, revision A, revision B and revision C. Hardware is identifiable by the input and output connections on the rear panel. Instructions for re-imaging differ slightly depending on the revision of hardware.

The Net3 Conductor reimage USB can be generated from UpdaterAtor. If you run into an 'access denied' error while attempting to make this reimage, see the following article: Access Denied Error When Making Conductor Image USB from UpdaterAtor

Image Kit Part Numbers: Each of these kits always contain USB drives with the current software version

  • 4266K1010 is Net3 Conductor
  • 7180K1150 is P-CCS
  • 7184K1010 is P-TSI

P-CCS and P-TSI can be downgraded to a desired version after being imaged. Conductor image kits can be created in UpdaterAtor in whichever version needed.
