CueSpider Cannot Be Discovered, or its IP Address Will Not Change
When attempting to use Device Discovery to discover a CueSpider that is connected to the same switch as the computer running the CueSystem software, the CueSpider will not appear. Alternatively, the device may appear, but when you change its settings using the Device Discovery window, the changes revert after a power cycle. This can apply to CueSpider, CueSpider Lite, or CueSpider Large.
- Ensure that the correct network interface is selected in File -> Options -> Network. After making this change, be sure to click Rediscover in the Device Discovery window. (If you can see other CueSystem devices, your network is configured correctly.)
- Power cycle any problematic CueSpiders.
