Unable to Remotely Power On Eos Apex Consoles via SFP Ports

Symptoms/Issue

Eos-Family consoles can be powered on remotely when "Enable Remote Power On" is enabled.  This is done via Wake-on-LAN (WOL).

Apex consoles have four individually configurable Gigabit Ethernet ports.  These ports are compatible with Wake-on-LAN.

Apex consoles also have two individually configurable 10-Gigabit SFP+ ports.  These ports do not currently support Wake-on-LAN.
