How to change which monitor the CIA (Central Information Area) is displayed on Eos Family consoles?

I want to change which monitor the CIA (Central Information Area) is display on my Eos Family console. How do I change this?

Answer

The CIA is always displayed on the monitor designated as Primary. Follow the instructions below to change that setting:

1. Exit your showfile to go to the ECU Shell, or stay in the Shell if already there.
2. Click on Settings
3. If not already on the General tab, click the {General} button in the top right corner.
4. Click on the {Monitor Arrangement} button to open that window.
5. Click on the monitor you want to make Primary. If you're unsure which letter corresponds to the physical monitors, you can click {Identify} to display the letter on the monitors.
6. Check the box next to "Primary", then click {Apply} and {Keep} to save the settings.
7. Click {Accept} at the bottom of the Settings
8. Click {Primary} to go into your showfile.

On Eos Classic, EosTi, and Gio the Primary is locked to the right touchscreen on the desk. On Gio @5 the Primary is locked to the touchscreen on the desk.
