Express Console Freezing or Displaying Random Characters
Symptoms/Issue
Express console has frozen and become unresponsive or is displaying random characters on the screen.
A small number of Express console manufactured in December of 2006 had the incorrect RAM installed. This incorrect RAM had the potential to cause the above mentioned issues.
