ArcSystem RDM vs. ArcMesh

As of October 2020, all ArcSystem fixtures and drivers are available as an ArcMesh or RDM variety. Both types can be controlled via hardline DMX, but the ArcMesh version can only be configured via the ArcMesh Commissioning Tool and software, and the RDM versions can only be configured via RDM and Net3 Concert*. ArcMesh fixtures have a built-in antenna, while RDM fixtures do not.

*Net3 Concert should be used to configure RDM ArcSystem fixtures, as not all RDM configuration tools support the PIDs used by ArcSystem. See: ArcSystem RDM Fixture Minimum Level Cannot be Changed Using 3rd Party Tools
