S4 LED Series 3  Fixtures with 2 Wire Driver Board Fans

From October to December of 2022, S4 LED Series 3  fixtures were temporarily switched to a 2 wire driver board fan due to part shortages. When replacing the fan or driver board on affected fixtures, both parts will need to be replaced together.
