Explanation of Issue
Did you recently update or have the fixture serviced? This can sometimes wipe the NFC card in the fixture which then thows an error code when retrieving/sending a config over NFC with Set Light.
When a config transfer is done, you're not really interfacing with the fixture, you're exchanging data stored on the NFC card itself. Whenever a setting is changed on the fixture through any non-NFC means, the NFC card is sent the new information to store, and when the NFC is given a new config, it updates its own cache and sends it along to the control card.
However, if the card is wiped/blank, it will give an error when you try to interface with it.
Solution
Simply change DMX address or some other simple setting and retry the NFC exchange. Usually this is enough to fix it, but if not, "have you tried turning it off and on again?"
