Submitting batch Fixture Profiles for ETC Products
Issue
A manufacturer may be interested in having their entire catalog in the fixture library for an ETC Product line such as Eos.
Explanation of Issue
ETC does not currently have a method for batch input. We also do not prioritize fixture manufacture requests unless a customer is utilizing the device and submits the request directly. We are looking at ways to improve this in the future.
Solution
For large single inputs from manufacturers, the fixture manufactures have to contact Carallon directly and become a subscriber of the Carallon fixture library.
Please note manufactures can also submit GDTFs and Eos can utilize GDTF libraries too.
