How to Use Net3 Concert to Identify a DMX/RDM Gateway

Issue

I have several DMX/RDM gateways in my space, but I am unsure how to identify which one I am configuring in Net3 Concert. 

Solution

1. Right click the gateway icon in Net3 Concert
2. Select "Identify"
3. At the physical gateway:
   1. A One-port Gateway will flash the DMX LED rapidly, alternating between red & green
   2. A Two-port or Four-port Gateway will rapidly flash the LCD's backlight for 60 seconds
