Option 1: Contact ETC tech service with the fixture's serial number

Option 2: Follow the repair guide and look at the fan wires in step 6

Choosing replacement parts

At this time, both fans remain available to buy from ETC

In case of fan failure, order the same fan and replace

In case of control card failure, order the relevant kit for the fan type you have - see Common Spares or Exploded Diagrams
