Safety Proc Trip - Over speed error on your Rigging Controller
Symptoms/Issue
You are seeing the Safety Proc Trip error on your rigging controller and the hoist will not move.
Description/Explanation of Issue
This is can happen when the hoist moves faster than its prescribed speed or if the encoder has landed on the tipping point or if the encoder signal has been lost.
Fix/Solution
- Cycle the power at the controller
- If the above does not work hard power cycle the hoist from the breaker
- If this does not work please call Rigging Tech Support
