I need a desk lamp for my Tour Hog, Stage Hog, or Flex console. What ETC part number should I use?

New Tour Hog, Stage Hog, Flex Hog, and Gig Hog consoles do not ship with a desk lamp. I want to purchase one from my ETC dealer and I need the part number.
