What ETC desk lamp part number should I use for my new Hog console?

I need a desk lamp for my Tour Hog, Stage Hog, or Flex console.  What ETC part number should I use?

Description/Explanation of Issue

New Tour Hog, Stage Hog, and Flex Hog consoles before a certain serial number did not ship with a desk lamp.  Please contact your dealer to obtain one at no cost if your number is previous to:
13059085 - Tour Hog
13063267 - Stage Hog
13078345 - Flex Hog
