Partition Error during Full Install of Hog OS v5.2.0 or earlier
Issue
When performing a Full Install of Hog OS v5.2.0 or earlier, the installer displays an error at the “Partition disks” stage that states:
Failure to create a file system.
The ext4 file system creation in partition #1 of SCS12 (0,0,0) (sda) failed.
Explanation of Issue
Beginning with Hog OS v5.2.1, consoles use a new hard drive partitioning scheme that is not compatible with earlier Hog OS releases.
As a result, consoles running Hog OS v5.2.1 must have their hard drive repartitioned before a Full Install of any earlier software version can be completed.
Note: This requirement applies only to Hog consoles. Hog PC systems are not affected.
