Full Boar 4, an external monitor using a DVI to HDMI adapter is not working.

Symptoms/Issue

On a Full Boar 4, an external monitor using a DVI to HDMI adapter is not working.

Description/Explanation of Issue

The console is on 3.9.0 or above, and the user is using output 2. This is a known issue. 

Fix/Solution

1. The user has to use output 1 for DVI to HDMI to work.

2. Downgrade to 3.8.0 or below
