Fans start then stop and Hog 4 console does not boot

Symptoms/Issue

After turning the console on, The fans spin for a second or two, Nothing else happens on the console

This is usually a sign the motherboard needs to be replaced. It might be the power supply, but this is unlikely.

Check all connectors inside the console, and make sure none have become disconnected, ensure all connectors are firmly seated.
Try swapping power supplies from another console to see if it's an issue with the power supply or the motherboard.
1. If a new power supply is installed and the console boots up, then the old one was likely bad The old power supply will need to be replaced
2. If the new power supply is installed and the console still does not boot up, then the motherboard will likely need to be replaced.
