My Tour Hog, Stage Hog, Gig Hog, Flex Hog or Hog PC v5 fixture profiles don't have gobo thumbnails or preview images
ETC does not create or source preview images for fixture profiles.
How to Submit
We accept the following file types for preview images in a zipped file (upload size limitation) or link to emailed to HESservice@etcconnect.com
· PNG (.png) - Preferred
· JPEG (.jpg or .jpeg)
If you would like preview images to appear in your fixture’s profile, you must provide the images as part of your request. This cannot currently be done through the FLH. Please send them to HESservice@etcconnect.com with the FLH # in the subject after receive your confirmation email from ETC.
The media asset file should be a compressed raster image, typically a JPG or PNG file with a canvas size of 128 x 128 pixels.
If the image does not fill the canvas entirely (for example, a circular gobo slot image or open aperture image) the image file type should be PNG with an alpha channel opacity of 0%. There should also be a minimum distance between the edge of the image and the edge of the canvas of 2 pixels to allow for anti-aliasing.
Additional Notes
· If no images are provided, the fixture profile will be delivered without preview images.
· ETC reserves the right to reject images that are low quality, improperly formatted, or unclear.
