Source Four LED Screen is Blank or Solid Black

Issue

When I power on my Source Four LED fixture, I see the logo, but then the screen goes blank.

When I power on my Source Four LED fixture, I see the logo, but then the screen turns solid black, but still backlit.

Explanation

This could be an issue with Contrast settings being turned too high or too low.  If solve this, follow the steps below.

Fix/Solution

1. Press and hold the Back(<) button.
2. Press repeatedly the Up arrow to darken, or the Down arrow to lighten the contrast, while performing Step 1.
3. If this does not effect the screen, contact your local ETC dealer or ETC Technical Support.
