Explanation
Whether LED lights will be compatible with your existing ETC dimming rack will ultimately depend on the rack, the modules, and the LED fixture or ballast. We have created a LED Dimming Compatibility database to help customers find LEDs that will work best with their existing dimming system as well as test LEDs that they may have already chosen. The database includes a catalog of tested fixtures and how they work with different racks and modules, as well as a testing form for fixtures to be tested and contact information for further questions. Using the LED Compatibility Database
The top section of the database allows you to make various selections to filter down the results. The filtering options are:
- Device Type
- Voltage
- Dimming Type
- Manufacturer, and
- ETC System
In the example below, I've selected 120v, line dimming, and Legacy Unison/Sensor as the ETC System. I've left type and manufacturer as unfiltered.
Then, by clicking the Search button, a list will populate a list below of all the results. Just select the View Summary link to see how a specific fixture/bulb performed.
Then, you'll see how this fixture/bulb performed with each of the modules it was tested with. There is also a link to view the full report at the bottom of this page.
