Upload Links and Settings Is Greyed Out and Unable to Send Config Updates in Garibaldi Pro

Symptoms/Issue

I can wink/identify my echoflex controllers but I am unable to send the configuration. The option to upload is greyed out.

Description/Explanation of Issue

Garibladi Pro can only upload the links and settings to a controller if all linked devices to that controller have radio IDs. There is most likely a device that is linked to that controller that does not have a radio ID. 

Fix/Solution

1. Click on the linked outputs of that controller to see all that is linked to that output
   1. 
2. Investigate each device to verify they each have a radio ID. In this example, the EEI in this project did not have a radio ID
   1. 
3. In this case, use either manual entry or discivered Controllers to find that radio ID. If this device is not yet installed, you would need to remove this linked in order to upload your config.
