Issue

The orange antenna for my Echoflex device has been cut or damaged, what do I do?

Explanation of Issue

The antenna, including its length, is what allows the Echoflex device to communicate wirelessly. Any damage to or shortening of the antenna renders it nonfunctional.

Fix/Solution

Replace the Echoflex device. Devices can be purchased via any ETC dealer.
