Wireless Radio Range Guide for Installing Echoflex Equipment
Explanation
Each Echoflex device uses an internal wireless radio to communicate with other Echoflex devices. Radio signals become inherently weaker the further they travel and coverage can be decreased by certain materials or obstacles between the stations and controllers. Although the wireless signal can transmit through walls, they are damped more than on a direct line-of-sight path. Line-of-sight is always the best application when possible.
