Issue

The preset station is not activating a lighting look. Upon activating the preset button to "off" the buttons LED glows and then goes out, or the button looks like it is slowly flashing

Explantion of Issue

This is because the station is not bound to the EMAP, and could be due to the station not being addressed correctly. Check the station ID on the back of the station (rotary knob) for the address. Once you have the address, call ETC Technical Support. We can verify that address with the original programming and make certain that the address is correctly set at your venue.

If the station is set correctly it may mean that the station's communication chip has sustained a power hit and is not communicating with the DAS processor. You should contact your local service center or dealership to arrange a repair of the station, which involves:

Remove SW2 (the red reset switch on the station CPU)
Check -5V (VR4) on the EMAP for a clean voltage line, C32 (C113) or VR4(VR114) is bad
Check VR3's output, make sure it's around 11V and clean.
