Panel will stop responding to network signal and the UI may display "sACN Input: Inactive" even though you know sACN should be enabled.
Cannot access WebUI of the panel, or having issues saving configuration via the WebUI.
Resetting or power cycling the panel resolves the issue for a time, but it eventually returns.
We discovered network connectivity issues in Echo Power Control Processor (E-PCP) v3.1.0 and v3.1.1, which have been resolved in v3.1.2. If you are experiencing the above issues,verify the version in Menu > About > Version Info > App. If you are running v3.1.0 or v3.1.1, please contact ETC Technical Services for the software to upgrade to v3.1.2.
