The E-ACP does not recieve DMX from outside sources. The "DMX IN" LED on the front of the processor is off (a blinking LED indicates not receiving DMX, a solid LED indicates receiving DMX).
Description/Explanation of Issue
Either DMX is disabled, or the app code in the processor is not operating properly. If this is the case, the app code will need to be reinstalled.
First, confirm that DMX in enabled. Navigate in the menu to Arch Setup > Data Source Settings. If DMX is properly enabled, contact your ETC dealer or ETC technical Services.
