ERP-FT With Ride-Thru Option Reports Relays Removed When Loses Power
Symptoms/Issue
If an Echo Relay Panel Feedthrough (ERP-FT) has a Ride-Thru option card installed and loses incoming power, the UI will remain powered but reports 'Relay Removed 1-X' instead of 'Backup Power Active'.
Description/Explanation of Issue
This is expected behavior. As the ERP-FT has no voltage sensing, it cannot detect the loss of power, but it does see that the relay control boards have gone away so it will report the relay removed error. The Ride-Thru card will still perform the desired function of keeping the control board alive so that when power comes back it can switch rapidly.
