0-10v Loads Are Not Dimming In My Echo Relay Panel

Explanation

The low voltage circuits on the 0-10v output card in an ERP, ERP-FT, Sensor IQ, or EchoDIN system are not enabled by default. To use the 0-10v outputs on the card, the associated relays must be changed from "Normal" to "Fluorescent" mode in Output Setup. If the mode is set to "Normal" for a 0-10v load, the load will be energized but will not get any brighter than its dimmest level.

"Fluorescent,"  in this case, is a generic term for any 0-10v dimming. 0-10v loads may be fluorescent or, more commonly, LED.

Steps to Solution

  1. Press the (checkmark) button on the panel's E-PCP.
  2. Navigate to Switching Setup and press (checkmark).
  3. Navigate to Output Setup and press (checkmark).
  4. Using the up or down arrows, or by typing in the number on the keypad, select the desired output to be changed.
  5. Change the Mode to "Fluorescent."

If the load still does not dim above its minimum level, contact ETC technical services.
