We have discovered a specific issue in Mains Feed Echo Relay Panels that are supplied emergency power via a generator and include 300w phase adaptive dimmers and a Ride Thru Option card.
We have seen a few situations where after normal power is lost and emergency power comes active the UI will read “Emergency Active” and show all loads at Emergency state, but the Dimmers will not output. This is only true with a Ride Thru Option and a delay in the rack acquiring a source of emergency power, such as the delay of an emergency generator spinning up. This has been fixed in version 3.0.0 of Echo Power Control Processor software.
