Why Does My ERP Say DMX Start Is Zero?

Issue

I am unable to change the DMX start address or assign circuits DMX addresses using Switching Setup > Patch DMX Input.

The home screen of my ERP's UI looks like this:

Explanation

It is possible that the ERP UI is not sensing the signal distro card and therefore not allowing configuration of the rack's outputs.

Fix/Solution

Verify that the yellow/black/white harness header pictured below is seated correctly on both the back of the ERP UI ("Relay Bus 1") and the top of the signal distro card ("TX/RX").
