EchoAccess App Not Seeing Devices in All Spaces

Symptoms/Issue

I have Echo devices in multiple spaces, but I can only see devices in certain spaces.

Description/Explanation of Issue

The EchoAccess configuration for the Bluetooth Interface and Echo Expansion Bridge includes the option to allow or disable any of the 16 spaces. If you cannot see devices in certain spaces, make sure those spaces are enabled in the configuration.

Fix/Solution

  1. In the EchoAccess app, navigate to the Configuration page
  2. Select the Bluetooth Interface or Echo Expansion Bridge you are using
  3. On the first configuration page for that device, scroll down to the Allowed Spaces section and enable any spaces needed
