Question

Does the Echo DMX Scene Controller need to be in Custom mode to change the DMX timing? 

Answer

No.  To change the DMX timing you must use the EchoAccess Mobile App, but the setting will affect both Basic and Custom modes.  The default setting for the Echo DMX Scene Controller is Medium-35Hz.
