Sensor IQ Only Detects Relays for One Side
Issue
My Sensor IQ (SIQ) panel is only seeing the left (or right) side of the panel and is not detecting the breakers for the other side.
Explanation of Issue
There is a separate circuit board for each side of the panel that handles communication signals to each breaker. The problem is likely caused by an issue with one of the these circuit boards. If you are seeing this issue with your Sensor IQ, please contact your ETC dealer or ETC Technical Services.
