Mosaic MSC X Rev 3 Recovery Issues

Issue

Mosaic MSC X Rev 3 units running firmware 2.11.1-2.12.2 (2.12.2 was released in late May 2024 and corrected the issu) are susceptible to a bug that may cause the units to become irrecoverable after running the recovery process. Only MSC X Rev 3 units with green terminal block connectors on the rear panel are affected by this issue.

Affected Part Numbers: 7180A1520 through 7180A1530
