Mosaic MSC X Rev 3 Recovery Issues

Issue

Mosaic MSC X Rev 3 units running firmware 2.11.1 and greater are susceptible to a bug that may cause the units to be irrecoverable after running the recovery process.
Only MSC X Rev 3 with green terminal block connectors on the rear panel units are affected by this issue.

Affected Part Numbers: 7180A1520 through 7180A1530

This bug was resolved in the Mosaic 2.12.2 released in late May 2024.
