Do the numbers on a 0-10v FLO card in a DRd correspond to lugs or dimmers?

When wiring up a 0-10v (FLO) option card in a DRd, do the numbers on the green connectors correspond to the lugs in the rack or to the dimmer numbers?

Answer

They correspond to lug number. Regardless if the rack is balanced, or what the dimmer/patching of the rack is, it will always match the lug. In a straight rack the dimmer number will match the lug number, so this is straightforward. See the charts below for the relation of lug and dimmer numbers in balanced racks:
