ColorSource Offline Editor - Patch Add Device Cannot Scroll in 3.1.0

Symptoms/Issue

In Offline Editor v3.1.0, when trying to add a device, I cannot scroll for manufacturer/model/mode.

Description/Explanation of Issue

The scroll function works correctly, but cannot be done with a mouse scroll wheel.  Try to think about the offline editor as a touchscreen; you will need to click and hold in the list and drag up to scroll down just as you would on a touch device.  This is a known issue in v3.1.0. 

Fix/Solution

• This bug will be resolved in a future release of software.
• In the meantime, you can use the search function or scroll as described above.
