Colorsource Custom Faders Have No Content
Symptoms/Issue
The customizable faders do not function and there is only blank space on the screen below them. Playbacks and cues can be recorded, but will not play back.
Description/Explanation of Issue
The customizable faders can be set to a function of "None." Not only does this remove the function from the fader, it removes the graphic bubble which displays the fader's current function. Removing a fader sets that fader's value to 0, so if a fader is removed, the cue, bump, or playback master will be set to 0 and those features cannot be used.
Fix/Solution
- Go to Setup -> Settings -> Console
- Tap the green space below an empty fader
- Assign the desired function to the fader
- Repeat as necessary.
