Congo Master Play back Wing Won't Connect With Congo Jr (Intel)

Symptoms/Issue

The master playback won't show up or partially shows up in the face panel test (docked or using USB and power adapter)

Description/Explanation of Issue

In some cases, the USB 2.0 is too fast for the wing to communicate

Fix/Solution

1. Go to the Bios by hitting F2 on your keyboard during startup
2. Go to the Advanced tab
3. Go to USB configuration
4. Disable USB 2.0
