Congo Sr - Will Not Boot

Symptoms/Issue
Congo Sr. console will not boot. Sometimes will not power on at all.
Description/Explanation of Issue
CMOS has likely has lost settings, often due to a dead coin cell battery. When the battery dies, the CMOS settings go back to default, but the Congo Sr has special settings.
Fix/Solution
- Try pressing the Reset button at the back of the console while console has power
- If the console has a rocker power switch, the switch must be turned on.
- If the console has a momentary power switch, try pressing the momentary and Reset independently or both at the same time.
- Press F2 as the console powers on until the console enters BIOS settings menu.
- Correct the BIOS settings according to this document - Congo Bios Settings - 1 page.pdf
- Pay special attention to the Power Control Configuration.
- If the console has a rocker power switch, After Power Failure = Stay OFF
- If the console has a momentary power switch, After Power Failure = Stay ON
- Pay special attention to the Power Control Configuration.
- Press F10 to save settings, and let the console reboot itself.
