Issue
Some fader wings, when connected to Ion Xe or Gio @5 consoles, may not power off when the console does. Instead their screens remain backlit and the ETC Logo appears until USB is fully disconnected.
Explanation of Issue
This is happening because of a setting on the motherboard which is keeping power flowing through the USB ports, even when the console is powered off. A change to a setting in BIOS should resolve this. A BIOS update will be applied in manufacturing to resolve this, so only models shipped in early 2018 should experience this issue.
