Rear Chassis Fan on Gio @5 Not Spinning

Symptoms/Issue

The fan on the back of my Gio @5 is not spinning, is rocking back and forth, or is not completing a full rotation.

Description/Explanation of Issue

This behavior is normal. The rear chassis fan on the back of the Gio @5 is thermal controlled—it should only fully kick in if the internal temperature of the console surpasses a certain threshold. If the fan is not making a full rotation or occasionally rocks back and forth, then your console may be right on that threshold.

If you would prefer the fan spin 100% of the time, please contact ETC Technical Services to reconfigure the settings on your console to allow this. Just know that your console may produce more noise with this configuration.
