Gio at5 Multi-touch does not work
What could cause this?
Consoles upgraded to windows 10 may have driver issues with the touch controller that may cause multi-touch to stop working.
Gio @5 Silent consoles (part numbers: 4390A1020, 4390A1022) have 18.5inch screens that can have a driver update to fix this issue.
Older Gio @5 consoles (part numbers: 4390A1010, 4390A1014, 4390A1016, 4390A1018) with 17.3inch screens do not have an available driver update and we cannot currently get multi-touch to work on these upgraded consoles.
