Ion Level Wheel Responds Backwards after Windows 7 Upgrade

Explanation

After an upgrade to Windows 7, the intensity level wheel responds "backwards" in that when wheeling down the channel increases in value and when wheeling up the channel decreases in value.

This is caused by incorrect firmware being present on the face panel.

 Please contact your local ETC Technical Services to arrange for the console to come in for repair.
