After attempting to use the contact closure relay, we hear no click of the relay and the state does not change.
Description/Explanation of Issue
After updating Eos Family Consoles to 3.2.3 and updating the IMX boards within the console to v2.2.0 firmware. There is still no function of the contact closures and only the contact closures on those cards.
Fix/Solution
Go into the shell
Click on settings
In the top right click on Maintenance
On the left hand side click on Face Panel Test.
In the top tabs click on High Speed IO 4 Port
Click on Relay Test, If you do not hear the relay by the DMX ports click on and off then call Tech Support.
